Two excellent books that should see you right:-

Excel 2002 Power Programming with VBA ; John Walkenbach; Hungry Minds Inc; ISBN: 0764547992 ;
$49.99

Excel 2002 VBA Programmers Reference; John Green, Stephen Bullen, Rob Bovey, Robert Rosenberg; 993
pages; Wrox Press Inc; ISBN 1861005709; US$39.99

Both very reasonably priced on Amazon and available both sides of the pond (ie US & UK). Also
gives you a ToC for them so you can see what is covered.
