Default Show data of another datasheet BY colours

hi!
i have a simple Excel file with a Main datasheet with around 100
records.

The records are keyed in a way :
Active jobs information were keyed and these row will be highlighted
RED.
rows with Completed Jobs Info are highlighted GREEN.
Open - WHITE or default color.

What i want to is (juz a basic concept):
In the same Excel file, there will be 4 datasheet named, Mainform,
Active, Green and Open.
The Active datasheet information show whatever data in the red rows of
Mainform. They can be sharing the same data like they are linked.
Watever edited in Mainform, will be updated in the Active Datasheet,
vice-versa. Same goes for other sub datasheet. If this cannot be done.
A view of sorted colour data is fine.

May i know how should i go about doing this? or.. any nearer/possible
solutions? I need more guidelines as i'm a newbie in Excel Macro/VB
Editor with some Vb backgrd.

thanks for spending time reading my question.

thanks alot. Regards.
