Default Old XLM Macros

I have an old file that used XLM auto_open macros. The
file still works as it was originally intended, but now I
want to change it. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to open
it without running the auto_exec macro and I cannot find
the macro anywhere. It's obviously somewhere, but where?

If I had access to Excel 95 this would not be a problem.
But for some reason I cannot open the file (actually it's
a template) without running the macro. And the reason
this is a problem is that auto_open macro is trying to
execute a command from another file but the directory
structure is no longer the same and so what I want to do
is edit the directory in the template's auto_open
commands. Otherwise, it looks for the file in the wrong
place.
