Default EXcel, create a list from extracted data, Conditional

Hi

Hope someone can help with this.

I have 5 sheets, with various data,

If on a 6th sheet I would like to create a
list of specific data (Cells) found on the 5 other pages
(Each page contains approx 200 rows of data)
How could I do this?

The Condition would be that the word "NO" would be contained on a
particular row of cells somwhere on the previous
5 pages

tks

Graham
