Default customising footers

I have a spreadsheet that contains columns of data. One of
these columns is called "period". I have the autofilter
facility on and I select all rows with a period of 1Q
2003. I then want to print this data, I go to page set up
and select headers and footers. I select custom footer. Is
there anyway to use the file name and the column name that
I have selected together with filtered value (1Q 2003)
without having to change this every time that I filter on
a different period?
