Default Error Message

Dear All,
Having tried to add a column of info into a widely accessed s/sheet in my
company, I received the following error message.

Yellow Triangle with exclamation mark.

To prevent possible loss of data Microsoft Excell cannot shift nonblank
cells off the worksheet.

Try to delete or clear the cells to the right and below your data. Then
select cell A1, and save on your workbook to reset the last cell used.

Or you can move the cell to a new location and try again.

Attempts to do this have not worked. Can anyone help ?

Thanks
