Default slow down a running macro

I wrote a macro which basically had some large text flashing.
It ran so fast it was over in a couple of seconds.
Is the some like a pause command or for/next statement I can use in between
each colour change to slow this down.

just curious

Hoo boy! Slow down VBA! Usually not a request. Also look at Timer and the
Timer example in help.
