Excel conversion

I have a few excel spreadsheet which are linked. One of
the spreadsheet has macro created in it and it takes
almost 6-7 mins to execute.

This files were created in Excel 95. I want to run it in
excel 2000 & 2002 and its showing so many errors. Is
there anyway to convert this files to the higher version
so that it works the same as in the earlier version?

Need help on this! I'm new to macros and VBA.
