Default Update Links/Trust Macros?

Does anyone happen to know how to prevent Excel 2000 from prompting
the user to respond to the "do you want to update links?" and "are you
sure the workbook is from a trusted source, do you want to allow
macros to run" dialog boxes?

I would like Excel to default "no" to "update links" and "yes" to "run
macros". The answers must be as above for the workbooks to work
properly.

On our Intranet site, we have dozens of workbooks accessed by users
with varying technical experience. These dialog boxes can be
confusing and may be limiting the use of the spreadsheets.

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate it.

Regards,
Joel
