Default How To Keep DropDown From Printing?

PutorTutor,

One way would be to use a custom format = ;;;
this renders the text as invisible. But the validation list will still show
up when the user is in the validation cell (and invisible when another cell
is selected). In fact even with the cell selected - the list will show, the
drop down arrow will show, but the selection will remain invisible.

I created a P.O. template which had an in-cell dropdown for Company Name

using
Data Validation[list]. Upon selecting the company's name, it would then

fill
in the corresponding address info for that company via VLOOKUP. The

problem is
I now deal with many companies which have multiple locations. I've moved

the
drop-down list to the right and added the appropriate fields so that it

fills
in the correct information but I don't want the Company Code drop-down

field to
actually print. I thought there was an easy way to suppress printing for

a
specific cell [object] but I can't seem to find it. Print Area is set so

all
the dropdown data off to the right does not appear.
