Default Enabling macros

If you are using xl2000 or later, change your security setting to medium.
Then, you should be prompted to disable macros or not. If it is set to
high, macros that are not certified as being from a trusted source are
disabled automatically.

My Excel just started giving me the following error when
trying to run macros (this error also appears when Excel
is trying to autopopulate cells.)

"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to
the online hlep or documentation of the host application
to determine how to enable macros"

Needless to say I have been unsuccessful finding this
reference....I had no problems 2 days ago..
