Default how to make hint of help or comment of a self-made function.

good morning.

when i use a worksheet function there is always a popup window in which the
hint or help information about the fun appears.

i wonder how to make the hint of help or say ,the comment of a self-made
worksheet function.

the worksheet functions i made are ok,but i fail to add those i just
mentioned.

what should i do.

i appreciate your help.
