Default External Data Questions

I have a few questions:

I have a number of spreadsheets which contain queries to
external data (the data source are text files located on
the local machine). I am using Excel 2000 on Windows2000
machines.

1) If I have a macro that executes on Workbook-Open does
the macro execute before or after the query?

2) If the query executes before, is there a way to
prevent the query from executing until the macro runs?

3) When a spreadsheet containing an external data query
is opened, a dialog box is popped up prompting the user
to select 'Enable Automatic Refresh' or 'Disable
Automatic Refresh'. There is also a check box that when
selected chooses automatic refresh and no brings up the
dialog box when the file is opened again. How can I bring
back that dialog box once the check box is checked?

Thanks for the help.

Pete...
