Default How can I invoke windows environment variable in excel

I need to print a watermark i.e. "Concept" on a report only if this report
is opened by a certain group of people. I can recorgnise these people by a
environment variable. Can I invoke an environment variable and if so how is
this done?

Thanks,

Bert van den Brink
