Default Taking VBA from Excel 2002 to Excel X on a Mac.

Hi

I have a large Excel 2002 workbook with lots of VBA
modules and UserForms. I want to open it on a friends
Mac with Excel X. Can anybody give me advice about how
to do this, is it easy, do I need to change any VBA code,
how seamless is the move from one version to the other?

Thanks

Will
