ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="C:\" & Sheet1.Cells(1, 1) _
& "_" & Sheet1.Cells(1, 2)

(if the codename for the worksheet is named sheet1.)

or

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="C:\" & worksheets("sheet1").Cells(1, 1) _
& "_" & worksheets("sheet1").Cells(1, 2)

if the name were sheet1 (yeah, they could match up!).
