Default Date/Time data source refreshed function

Is there a function that will output the date and time of the last occurence
of a user refreshing a data source in Excel?

Thanks in advance for the replies,

Grant.

Default Date/Time data source refreshed function

How can this then link into the user clicking the Refresh button? Maybe I
could record the date/time of the last save of the workbook?

no
but why not just add a line of code like
ThisWorkbook.Names("UpdateTime").Value = Now
where UpdateTime is a named cell
