I'm wanting to change my user name on Office. I use office at work, and when
I am in a shared file, and someone else tries to get into it, it currently
says " " I'd like for it to say my name. Is there a way to fix it?

From the top menu, go to Tools | Options. Under the General tab, fill in the
User Name field at the bottom with your name.

Try this:

From the Excel main menu:

User Name field: (enter your name here)
