Default Print area only works on my PC!

I've set the print area of a worksheet, which is saved on network drive.

When I reopen the file on my PC, the print area is correct and the worksheet
fits to a single page. When other people open the same file, the print area
is smaller, and the worksheet spills over onto 4 pages.

Any ideas why the print area is different for other people?

Different printers or different printer drivers can cause this.

Maybe it's time to set the print range and tell excel
(file|page setup|Page tab|Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall)

Are you sure that the print area changed on the other pc's? I would have
guessed that the print range stayed the same, but it took more sheets of paper
to print.
