Default separate scroll bars for each area of split screen

I think it would be useful if when using the split screen option in Excel
scroll bars appeared for each section of screen allowing completely
independant scrolling of each area. Currently a screen split in to four areas
will only scroll in pairs.

Don't use the Split function.

Use WindowNew Window and WindowArrange

You can have multi-windows and views each with independent scrolling.
