Default "0's"in a cell

I can not display the "032179" or "001234" correctly in cell using Micrsosoft
Excel. I need the cell to display the "0's". Is there a special formula or
setup in "Format Cell"?

Thanks

Or if the number of digits is not constant, you can use FormatCellText.
HOWEVER, text cells do not allow for use of any formulas or calculations.
