how do I open an excel file if I am getting a cyclic error?
I have a file that I was working on yesterday that showed no problems at the
time. When I tried to open it this morning, I got an error that said there was a cyclic redundancy and would not open the file. I am also being told that this file is read-only and then it won't open. I can't change the format to txt or anything else that I have tried to be able to open it. I have tried to email the file to someone else and that failed as well. Any ideas that I could try??? |

Did you save this file to a floppy or cd? If so, you may have corrupted it.
NEVER save this way. ALWAYS save the file and COPY to the removable media. -- Don Guillett SalesAid Software "Questuser" wrote in message ...
