Default How campatable is Excel in OfficeXP to Excel 2003

We Have students who are taught Excel with the version in OfficeXP. Some
would take assigments home and work on them using Exfdcel 2003. They would
then return to the lab and re open them in the older version. What kind of
problems would they encounter?

The two versions are very similar, so next to none.

XML, Lists, can't think of too much more
