Default HELP - keyboard locked in excel

A co-worker had a message come up in Excel that said she help the shift key
more than 8 seconds, and now her keyboard is locked. Any ideas how to fix????

Default HELP - keyboard locked in excel

She has enabled "Filter Keys". This is a Windows option, and can be accessed
through the Control Panel, under "Accessibility Options". Uncheck "Use
Filter Keys"
