Default Saving Charts with Microsoft Office 2007

I am in the process of creating charts with Beta Release 12.0.4017.1004. I
am having two problems that you need to look at. First, if I am inserting or
deleting rows on the spreadsheet, the program (Excel) will stall, and an
error will occur. The second problem is that when I save finished graphs,
mainly column graphs, when I reopen the saved files the colors are not the
same as I previously had set them to be. I have tried saving to the local
drive, the floppy, and the network drive but no drives will allow the change
to stay in effect.
