Default How do I copy & paste only the unhidden data on a worksheet ?

I'm sure this has a simple solution....I have a large worksheet that has a
lot of hidden rows. I want to copy and paste only the unhidden rows and can't
find a 'paste' function to do it.

Press F5. click special and select visible cells only, then copy and paste
