I have summarized my table by coloured task [thanks to the xldynamix site!].
I have the time across the top, employee at the side and coloured cells representing the task type. If my summary table says at 07:00 there are 4 emps assigned to task1 [which is simply a coloured cell with no other data in it] How would I then return the employee names from column A who are assigned to this? The number of assignments is constantly changing, so the summary table would have to be able to do this also. Thanks for any help |
