I have recently upgraded Office XP to Office 2003 and immediately started
having trouble with the scroll function on my mouse in Excel (MS intellimouse explorer). After a short time in Excel, maybe 10 minutes, the scroll function changes from vertical scrolling to horizontal scrolling and nothing I can do will switch it back. Restarting Excel works but that is obviously not an acceptable fix, I upgraded to a newer Intellipoint driver and that seemed to quieten the problem for a few days, but lo and behold it is back again. I have tried reprogramming the button functions in the Intellipoint control panel, but that didn't help either. Has anyone else encountered this and more to the point - found a fix for it? (Using Office 2003 Pro on Win XP Pro) -- Regards - Peter |
