You can use:
Tools|Options|View|check Formulas And print what you want. Do this to a copy of your worksheet (or don't save after). You'll want to widen columns and increase rowheight to see all the formula--and it's sometimes a pain to reset those widths/heights. Ps. Turn on the headers, too. File|Page setup|sheet tab|check row and column headers It'll make life a bit easier. BernieN wrote: Can I print the formulas that underlie the data on an Excel worksheet? -- Dave Peterson |

John Walkenbach has a VBA routine to produce the formulas and their values.
Creates a new worksheet which is easy to print and you don't have to muck about with column widths. http://www.j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip37.htm Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Mon, 19 Jun 2006 18:07:01 -0700, BernieN wrote: Can I print the formulas that underlie the data on an Excel worksheet? |
