Default protect my excel workbook so no one can see or copy my formulas?

I wish to send a copy of my excel spread sheet to someone. But, I don't want
them to be able to see and copy all of my proprietary formulas.

What can I do to prevent them from seeing them?

What can I do to prevent them from copying my sheets and formulas and using
them.

Why don't you copy the data in your workbook and paste/special/ the copied
data as values only. They won't see any formulas at all if you do that way.

Hi Jimbomini

You can use my mail add-in to send a copy and make values of all your formulas.

Or use a macro, see
