Default pivot chart filters

A client is using Excel2003/WinXP and has a pivot chart with 2 levels of row
grouping. Is there a way that by selecting a particular item from the first
filter list will control the values displayed in the second filter list? Hope
this makes sense.

In the page area, the pivot fields aren't dependent, and there's no
setting you can change to make them dependent.
