I have figures in a column (in Excel) with minus signs which i want to copy
and appear in another column as positve numbers (without the minus sign)so
that when i do the mail merge, the numbers appear on the document as positive
numbers.

Hi Ligaya,

try to make a formula as =ABS(a2), and copy it down, (assuming that the
figures are on the column A.
