You can use a check box from the forms toolbar:
Choose ViewToolbarsForms Click on the Check box tool, to select it Click on the worksheet, where you want the checkbox With the check box selected, choose FormatControl On the Control tab, enter a cell address in the Cell Link box Click on the worksheet, away from the check box, to deselect it Click on the check box, and a TRUE will appear in the linked cell RCN wrote: -- Debra Dalgleish Contextures http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
