Default drop down list in a cell


I believe there is a way to make a cell have a list of availbale entries
in like a drop down list but im not sure how to do it ?

Default drop down list in a cell


Go to Data-Validation. Select "list" from the 'Allow:' section, then
Excel will let you highlight cells that contain the items you want on
your drop-down list. Or you could just type in the items, separated
with commas. Hit OK and you'll be good to go.
