Print Preview
It's difficult to find print preview button from menu.
It is better placing in quick access bar or on the ribbon by default as it is in the previous releases. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Im not sure whether this is what you are looking for. You can get any of the menu buttons in the tool bar by doing the following steps:- a) Do right click with mouse in the empty space to the right of the Tool/quick access bar b) Click on cutomize and navigate to Commands Tab. c) From the left hand pane choose file and in right hand pane scroll down to print preview. d) With your left mouse button pressed drag the Print preview button to your quick access bar. Press Ok. e) Print to your heart's content. Regards, HP India ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
