Default My pointer no longer changes when moving around the worksheet

Excel 2003
As you all know the cursor changes shape to reflect the different things you
can do.
My cursor no longer changes and stays as a white arrowhead no matter where
it is on the sheet.
Can anyone suggest whats happened - have i done any thing to do this?
Many thanks
Gary

Maybe you used your Drawing toolbar, and clicked on the Select icon. This
will change your cursor to an arrow. If so, reopen your drawing toolbar, if
not already open, and click on the arrow again. If not, let us know

Thanks Kassie

What has happened is that I have downloaded the Microsoft Money "Add In" to
allow Excel to import MS Money data.

I have loaded the MS Money data 2 times and both times the same cursor
problem occurs.

The only way to remedy this is to "Repair" the software by using the option
in the Excel menu.

If you have any other thoughts please let me know.

Many thanks
