Default workbook_Open event Procedure

I dont know where to start to set this up on my excel sheet, ive set up a
scheduled task but dont know what to do next to get this sheet to print every
monday

This event proceedure needs to go on the ThisWorkbook tab in the Visual
Basic editor.
