Default Running averages

I will first lay out my spread sheet and then ask the questions

A B C D E F
G H
Cell 1 Cell 2 Cell 3 Cell 4 Cell 4 Cell 5
Final Inspection
Lot #1 20 20 19 18 18
Lot #2 20 19 17 16 16 0
Lot #3 20 20 20
Lot #4 20 20 15 10 5 5
5

Now what I am trying to do is keep a running average of parts (20 parts/lot)
through each cell as well as count the total number parts from each lot that
went through. If the celll is blank then I do not what to count or average
and if 0 then I do. I would also like to somehow time stamp the cell entry so
that I know when the parts were process through the cell.

Am I asking the impossible?
Thanks
