After saving a training/practice worksheet, it keeps causing the training
frame to open every time I open this worksheet....how do I prevent this from happening? |

I'm going to guess that it's being opened with some code attached either to
the workbook or that specific sheet. You can find out if that's the case by using the Visual Basic Editor to try and find the code and removing it. The code may not show up when you choose Macro | Macros if they are designated as Private. Just in that one .xls file, right? Perhaps even just on one sheet in the book? I could not find any code causing this to happen....I finally created a new
spreadsheet and copied all my worksheets over to the new one.....that took care of the problem...wish I knew what caused it in the first place though....thanks for your suggestions. In that case we'll just let it go as Fixed! But since you solved it by
copying the actual sheets to a new workbook, the code wasn't associated with any sheet, although it may have been part of the workbook, or an add-in it was dependent on.
