Default can't remove training frame when opening excel

After saving a training/practice worksheet, it keeps causing the training
frame to open every time I open this worksheet....how do I prevent this from
happening?

I'm going to guess that it's being opened with some code attached either to
the workbook or that specific sheet. You can find out if that's the case by
using the Visual Basic Editor to try and find the code and removing it. The
code may not show up when you choose Macro | Macros if they are designated as
Private.

Just in that one .xls file, right? Perhaps even just on one sheet in the
book?

I could not find any code causing this to happen....I finally created a new
spreadsheet and copied all my worksheets over to the new one.....that took
care of the problem...wish I knew what caused it in the first place
though....thanks for your suggestions.

In that case we'll just let it go as Fixed! But since you solved it by
copying the actual sheets to a new workbook, the code wasn't associated with
any sheet, although it may have been part of the workbook, or an add-in it
was dependent on.
