Default Baffling! Spreadsheet Data Form Size

I use Data Forms (Data Form) to input data onto a worksheet. There are 8
data worksheets in the workbook. For ease of input for the user, a macro was
written which takes the user to sheet 1, activates the form
(ActiveSheet.ShowDataForm) and then, upon closing the form, takes the user to
sheet 2 and so on. When the macro runs and the form is shown for sheet 1,
the entire form with all 32 fields is visible. However, when the macro takes
the user to sheet 2, the data form that pops us is immense and only the
extreme bottom right corner of the form is visible (no field entry boxes,
command buttons) and one is unable to toggle up the form. Thinking that it
was either a screen resolution / size issue (essentially, a Windows Control
Panel issue), I adjusted this first without resolution. I then rewrote the
macro so that to proceed from sheet 1 to sheet 2, one had to activate
separate macros. Interestingly, I discovered that every other time I
activated one of the separate macros, the pheonomon of immense data forms
occurred, and it did not matter which sheet was being activated. In other
words, I could activate the sheet 1 macro, the Data Form was fine and then
reactivate the same macro for sheet 1 and the Data Form was immense. Hitting
'ESC' allowed me to exit the macro. When I then activated the sheet 1 macro
again, the Data Form was fine, but when activating it a 4th time, the immense
form showed up again, and so on. It mattered in what order the macros were
activated, nor did it matter if it was the same or different sheets that were
activated. Every other occurance resulted in the huge Data Form. I am
stumped. HELP. By the way, the version of Excel is 2000. The problem does
not appear on 2003. Nor does the problem occur if I work from sheet to sheet
and activate the Data Form without a macro.
