My editing window is disappeared.
I looked into €˜Customize and I believe I went through all the possibilities
in order to replace it, but I could not.

Do you mean the formula bar?
From the Menu: View, check Formula bar.

I mean the little window where I can edit my entry. My formula bar is gone
