Whenever I wrap text in a cell, the contents automatically get hidden. I can
see the values in the formula bar, but not in the actual cell.

There is no protection on the sheet and all other settings look fine. I've
tried restoring to the default settings but am still having the same problem
with contents being hidden. I open a new spreadsheet altogether, same issue.
Suggestions?

Try increasing the heighth of the row of the cell.

I tried all the obvious tricks like that - nothing seems to work.
I found an old post about replacing the port replicator, that corrected the
problem for another user. I think i will try that.
