Default Validation - Custom

Enter a formula to be evaluated after the user makes an entry. If the
formula evaluates to True the entry is allowed...

Example: Say you require the entry in D1 to be greater than A1. Select D1
and make its validation custom formula =D1A1.

Note - if A1 is empty this validation will not take effect unless you
uncheck "Ignore blank".
