Default More than 1 countif criteria

I have the following data that I'm trying to do a countif on. What I need is
to enter a formula that will count how many times 10032 was entered on
4/3/2006.

I have looked at other posts with more than 1 countif criteria but I haven't
had any luck. Please help!

Hi

Try
=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$1000=1032),--($B$1:$B$1000=date(2006,4,3)))
Change ranges to suit
