Default can you copy and paste row height formatting in excel

I am trying to copy several columns and rows in an excel spreadsheet. I have
been using paste special to copy all the cell contents and formatting but it
does not include column width or row height. I know that after I use paste
special (all) that I can then go back and do paste special column width. But
what about row height?
Is there some way that I can do all in one step?

row hight is also available in paste special,, but i think it only activates
if you hightlight rows from the left of the screen rather than the whole
workbook
