Default Unable to use add-ins

Whenever I try to use add-ins I get an error message:
Class not registered - looking for object with CLSDID
:{AC9F2F90.........(Long string ). If I try to browse in the Add-in box
I get another error message which states:
Excel cannot access file C:\Program Files.........Library\Acclink.xla

I am now also getting the first error message each time I open up
Excel.

Any help would be appreciated

DavidH
