Default View setup of new spreadsheets

ToolsOptionsGeneral presents you with options to standard the look of all
new spreadsheets eg font size, font, sheet numbers etc.

I also want to set it up so the spreadsheet always open up at zoom 80% (my
current default is 100%) - how do i change this?

Create an xlt template file called Book.xlt, customize it in any
way you want, and store it in your XLStart folder (typically
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart"). All new
workbooks will be created based on Book.xlt.
