Default shared workbook

if i am the primary user of a workbook and I make the workbook a shared
workbook. is there a way that i can let other users create hyperlinks.
because for some reason i am the only on but i would like it if they could
also. any ideas

Insert|hyperlink is disabled, but maybe they could use the =hyperlink()
worksheet function:

=HYPERLINK("http://microsoft.com","Click me")
