Default Excel Menus/Toolbars missing

I've never used Terminal Server. Sorry.

Dave - Thanks for your response. I made the changes you indicated and it
works on my local workstation, but on our Terminal Server it appears to Open
Excel, but it does not give the menus and toolbars. It does not give any
menus and toolbars - just the worksheet itself. Any further ideas?

We have an Intranet with hyperlinks to documents on our network drives. When
we click a link that points to an Excel file, it opens up just the worksheet,
but you have no access to the menus or toolbars. They are not on the screen.
This is not a full screen issue as we have tried that. We need to be able
to use the menus/toolbars when working with these documents. If we open the
document directly through Excel, it will open fine, but not if we use the
link.
