Default 'Preview Pane'

Guys.. help please.

Right I want to do the following and i can't figure out the process
required to do it.

I've mocked up an example of what i'm trying to do in a simple format
as can be seen below.

Boxes - Will be assigned Macro's that allow the respective data to be
loaded into the preview pane from other sheets within the workbook.

Large Box - This is what i'm after, a 'preview pane' if you will, the
sheets i need loading into here vary in size, some large ranges of
cells/columns, some smaller. It needs to have a scroller obviously,
and also NOT resize itself. Ie needs to be fixed.

Best way i can describe, similar to an IFRAME in HTML. Where you can
set up the height/width and the webpage content is just created within
that area.

Anyone any ideas?? Got soo much to do with this s'sheet so need this
out of the way before i can begin.

I had thought about using a single cell that a user can type 1,2,3,4 in
or whatever to determine which sheet should be displayed within the box.
Only problem is, i can create a combo box, adjust the number of columns
to suit on average; but the range i cannot input an IF statement to
determine which sheet should be loaded.

help:(
